Rosanda received her BA degree from Central Washington University and her MA degree from Lesley University. As an elementary school teacher in Tacoma and as a real estate professional, Rosanda has always enjoyed helping others, earning their trust and respect. Rosanda is married to Fred Kelly, who shares her love of helping families with their real estate needs. They have five grown children and five grandchildren. In her spare time, Rosanda loves to spend time with her family, especially 10 year-old grandson, Riley, 5 year-old grandaughter June, and 4 year-old Joseph, cooking dinners for family and friends, and relaxing at their beach cabin in Lakebay. Rosanda has the business, technology, and personal negotiation experience and education to assist buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs. She continually attends workshops and classes to sharpen her real estate skills and has recently earned the National Association of REALTORS e-PRO certification for the new millennium. Rosanda is dedicated to making sure that your real estate buying or selling experience is satisfying and productive.
